After the conclusion of the SEISA Mallory qualifier, the two team racing teams stayed out on the water to attempt completion of the Baker qualifier ahead of an unfavorable Sunday forecast. One race was completed in a dying East wind. After it was apparent that the wind was not going to fill back in, both teams headed ashore.
A strong cold front passed over New Orleans Saturday night. On Sunday morning, winds were North at 20-35mph with a with big waves that would have made navigation difficult. Racing was called off for the day. Congratulations to Jesuit High School for wining the SEISA Team Racing Champs.
