VISA Team Race Championship for thPatterson Trophy

Seven teams met on the Lafayette River under partly cloudy skies with stiff breezes in the mid teens, gusting into the high teens out of the Southwest. Seas were lumpy. Air temp reached 80 degrees F.

Teams completed a full round robin, followed by a break ashore just before noon just as the wind built. The top 4 teams then completed 2 round robins.

Hampton Roads Academy took first place winning the Patterson Trophy with 10 wins and 2 losses. Norfolk Collegiate School came in second with 9 wins and 3 losses. Christchurch School took third place with 7 wins and 3 losses.
