Saturday we had no racing to due gale force winds. We attempted to race a few flights, but the breeze was too strong to have a good racing day.
The wind started at a WestSouthwest direction at 5-8 knots and built quickly to 10-15 knots. We saw a lot of shifts from the West and South which made for a lot of exciting team racing.
We were able to complete 1 round robin before the cutoff time. Thank you to Greg Cukor, Carlos Linares, Lorie Stout, Brady Stagg, Ashley Love, and Nancy Foote for all your help this weekend!
Congrats to Severn School on winning the regatta. Finishing on the other 2 podium steps were Broadneck and Archbishop-Spalding.
