Sailors arrived at 10:00 to a nice southerly breeze. With sunny skies and the 8-12 knot breeze going between 150 and 180 degrees, the sailing was excellent. 42 races were completed, finishing 1 round robin. Report time is 8:00 am on Sunday.
Sailors arrived at 8:00 am to a fickle westerly breeze. 1 race was started but was abandoned due to a 180 degree wind shift which inverted the finishing order on the downwind leg. After this, the breeze shut off completely, occasionally teasing with 5 minute puffs from a wide range of directions. Racing was called at 11:30. Thanks for coming to Portland everyone!
