VISA welcomed 15 boats from 12 schools who met at Norfolk Yacht on the Lafayette River. Temperatures stayed in the 60s with sunny skies throughout the day. Winds from the North - North East with 15 degree oscillations, blowing 8 - 12 knots with gusts up to 14.
Racing on varsity started at 9:27AM. The race committee served up 6 W-4 races in each of the two divisions. Christchurch School Team 1 placed first. They were followed by Maury High School Team 1 in second. Followed by Christchurch School Team 2 in third place.
