11 teams descended on Central Ohio for the MISSA Southeast Great Lakes Qualifier this weekend. Unfortunately, they were greeted with light winds and an increasing chance for rain through the day. Luckily for us, our crew managed it well and still got through 6A in light easterly winds. 2 protests were filed resulting in one DSQ, no breakdowns. We'll get after it again Sunday to finish the series.
Another rainy day in Columbus. Steady rain and light winds again plagued our region. Racing began after a short postponement on shore. We got through 7b with no protests, no breakdowns and tight racing across the course.
Many people go into making these events go off without a hitch. Thanks to Dave Alvarado (WNHS Alumni) for sitting in the rain all weekend and running the racing and to all of the parents for feeding the masses all weekend!
Congrats to Ignatius, New Albany, Rocky River and Coffman for qualifying to go to Great Lakes. Congrats to Culver, Thomas Worthington, Bexley and Olentangy for qualifying to go to Shepherd.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
