Saturday Morning started off with a Northwesterly breeze with oscillations from the West and North. The breeze was puffy with a steady 5-8 knots and the puffs we saw were up to 12-13 knots. As the day went on, the breeze shifted to the forecasted breeze of a Northerly until the end of the day where we saw a major shift to the East which ended our day of racing.
Our PRO Thomas Walker and DRO Lisa Pline did a fantastic job keeping the course as square to the shifts as they could with a rockstar RC that included Brad Millikin, Addy Carlson, Bryan Fishback, Jay Herman, and Kate Shermock.
At the end of day 1 the top 3 teams are Christchurch, Severn, and Hampton Roads Academy.
Sunday's forecast improved overnight and gave us a fantastic breeze to start the morning off with race 8A. After race 8A we had a couple breakdowns which were solved as quickly as possible and we were able to get 3 more races off in each division as the breeze died and started to get a little squirrely. Our RC of Thomas Walker, Lisa Pline, Ashley Love, Lauri Stout, Jay Herman, Kate Shermock, Bryan Fishback and Halsey Carter did a fantastic job keeping the race course square for fair racing.

It was tricky conditions in Annapolis all weekend and consistency paid off as the top 3 teams had very minimal double digit scores.
